Becky Peck: Group Publisher

Becky is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the AdMonsters brand. She works closely with the content, sales, event and marketing teams to produce information and resources that allow ad ops professionals to be more successful in their roles. Becky has worked in publishing for more than 20 years, where she has led content, digital, sales and event teams to create products for both B2B and B2C markets. Becky holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

 

Lynne d Johnson: Content Director

As Content Director for AdMonsters, Lynne d Johnson leads the AdMonsters’ content and community strategy, as well as the company’s roster of industry-leading, community-focused events.

Prior to joining AdMonsters, Lynne was Director of Digital and Social Media at Waggener Edstrom, a Senior Social Media Strategist at R/GA, SVP, Social Media for the Advertising Research Foundation, Senior Editor & Community Director for FastCompany.com, and General Manager, New Media for VIBE, SPIN, and VIBE Vixen.

She’s also a sought-after speaker and has presented keynotes and moderated panels around the world at conferences like PRSA Digital Impact, SXSW Interactive, AdTech, Web 2.0, WebVisions, Web Directions Sydney, Future of Web Apps, BlogHer Biz, Lesbians Who Tech, and more.

Lynne holds a BA in Journalism, an MBA in Media Management, and an Advanced Certificate in Multicultural Studies. She also teaches Class, Race, and Gender at SUNY Empire State College, Harry Van Arsdale Jr. School of Labor Studies.

Andrea Larick: Director of Events

Andrea Larick is AdExchanger’s and AdMonsters’ Director of Events, handling all things event-related from initial planning to the final execution and everything in between. An event industry pro, she has served in many roles for various publishing companies and event planning organizations to build exceptional experiences for attendees, sponsors and speakers. She remains the caretaker of the AdExchanger and AdMonsters House of Speakers, ensuring no PowerPoint is left behind.

 

Yakira Young: Content Manager

Yakira Young is AdMonsters Content Manager and creator of many AdMonsters community touchstones, such as the weekly newsletter, The Wrapper, and social media. She also creates much of the content on AdMonsters.com and helps to program our events with relevant content and speakers from within the community.

Prior to becoming Associate Editor at AdMonsters, she was the Communications Coordinator at The Paley Center for Media, Deputy Campaign Manager on the Tasha for Greenburgh Town Supervisor Campaign, Digital Project Coordinator at Emmis Communications, Marketing Assistant at Warner Music Group, and an Editorial Assistant at Paramount.

Andrew Byrd: News Editor

Andrew Byrd is AdMonsters’ News Editor. He writes our weekly newsletters and regular content for AdMonsters.com, including feature stories, Decoders, Wrappers, Slides of Our Lives, and more. He also crafts messaging for much of AdMonsters’ social media channels and helps bolster the brand’s presence on LinkedIn. Prior to working with AdMonsters, Andrew was a Media Associate for AdMonsters’ parent company, Access Intelligence, where he worked under the Vice President of Digital and also worked as a marketer and editorial assistant for PRNEWS. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an editorial intern at Modern Luxury Media where he wrote for the DC, Boston, and Philadelphia publications amongst other freelance work.

OUR SALES TEAM

Charles Siebert: Sales Director

Charles SiebertAs Sales Director for AdMonsters, Charlie is responsible for advertising partnerships across all AdMonsters marketing solutions and events.

Charlie has been in advertising and sponsorship sales for over 20 years and began his career with consumer-facing media companies before moving to B2B in 2018.  He has previously held senior sales roles with Rodale, Meredith, Hearst and Adweek.

Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern.  He is a Chicago-area native and currently lives in Wilmette, IL with his wife and two children.

Jonathan Toback: Group Sales Director

As Senior Director, Sales for AdMonsters and our sister brand AdExchanger, Jonathan Toback is responsible for the monetization of all global conferences and media properties.

Jonathan (or JT as he prefers to be known) began his career on the advertising agency side before moving on to sales. He’s held senior sales roles at Time Inc, Ad Age, and Future before joining AdMonsters and AdExchanger. A graduate of Brandeis University, he lives in NJ with his wife and two kids.

OUR EVENTS & MARKETING TEAM

Emily Rocca:  Associate Marketing Director

Emily RoccaEmily is AdMonsters’ Associate Marketing Director, working alongside the team to communicate news about events, awards programs, and happenings in the AdMonsters community to our audience of digital marketing and advertising professionals. She has over 5 years of experience working in the events and marketing industry.

Emily has served as AdExchanger’s star marketer since 2020, and recently expanded her role to join AdMonsters. Prior to 2020, Emily was the Content Marketing Manager for an experiential marketing agency in New Jersey.

Outside of work, Emily is passionate about eating doughnuts and petting her pointer-lab mix, Maybelle.

Trish Borrelli: Sr. Director of Marketing

Trish is the Sr. Director of Marketing, handling marketing strategy and operations.

Prior to joining AdMonsters in 2021, Trish spent 15 years in the B2B events industry as a Sr. Audience Acquisition Manager for Emerald Expositions and Account Manager for GLM.

Trish is passionate about growing communities of like-minded professionals and fostering opportunities for connection. Outside of work Trish enjoys connecting with nature out in the beautiful Hudson Valley.
