Enjoy a free night of beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and networking with your local publisher peers, as well as an insightful discussion about cementing tighter relationships with product, legal, and other departments. No fee—just the AdMonsters experience.
Though it may seem like all the departments within a publisher are scrambling to meet their own—sometimes conflicting—goals, in the end everyone is on the same team, cares about the success of the company, and wants to go home with a bigger paycheck.
The revenue team in particular can’t operate in a silo—it’s constantly leaning on product and site engineering for API access and other needs, as well as legal for aid with privacy policies, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance. But other departments are also counting on revenue— being a team-builder can have more advantages than just higher cash flow.
During this special meetup panel, group of publisher revenue professionals will discuss best practices in cementing relationships between departments and the many benefits of being the bridge-builder in a media operation. In particular, we’ll hit on:
- Establishing links with non-advertising revenue streams like e-commerce and subscription;
- Getting the most out of your relationship with product and engineering;
- Partnering with legal and other departments to stay on top of GDPR, CCPA, and consumer privacy in general; and
- Working out conflicts between departments with seemingly divergent objectives.
